Adswell is operated by Quillwell LLC.
Quillwell LLC (“Quillwell”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a go-to-market consultancy and product studio that builds software agents for managing paid media and related GTM workflows. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit our website, contact us, or use our products and services.

1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to adswell.io, people who contact us, subscribe to updates, or book time with us, and customers and users of our software products and Labs offerings.
In some engagements we act as a processor or service provider to our customers. In those cases, the customer’s own privacy notice applies to their end users.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Website and usage data
When you visit our site, we may automatically collect basic technical information (IP address, browser type, device identifiers), usage data (pages visited, referral URLs, timestamps), and cookie or similar identifiers where we use analytics tools.
Optional website measurement
Analytics and advertising measurement are separate, optional choices. They are off until you choose them. You can reject optional measurement or change your choices using Privacy choices on adswell.io or app.adswell.io. We store the two choices and their expiry in a first-party preference cookie shared between those hosts for 180 days. Global Privacy Control disables optional measurement.
If you enable analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to public marketing pages, audit-form engagement and successful audit requests, app-entry clicks, and confirmed sign-ins. We send fixed page titles, allowlisted public URL paths, limited referrer information, and predefined event labels. We exclude form contents, email addresses, query strings, URL fragments, user and tenant identifiers, authentication tokens, and connected advertising or CRM data from these events. Private workspace pages, invitations and password-recovery pages are not measured as page views. Google also receives technical information associated with browser requests and analytics cookies.
If you separately enable advertising measurement, the public marketing site may load the existing Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Reddit Pixel integrations. They are withheld on URLs or referrers that do not pass our restricted measurement checks, and are never loaded inside the app. These providers may receive technical request information, public page-visit data, and provider cookies or similar identifiers. Google ad personalization and ad user-data consent remain denied. We do not create advertising audiences or enable session recording as part of this setup.
Changing choices stops subsequent optional measurement. Revoking advertising measurement reloads a marketing page that already loaded advertising tags. Provider cookies and similar identifiers, including identifiers set as first-party cookies, are controlled by their providers and your browser. Revocation cannot retract information previously received by a provider.
2.2 Prospect and client data
Contact details, commercial information (areas of interest, budgets, timelines), and communications related to sales or delivery.
2.3 Connected platform and product data
If you use our software products, we may process data from platforms you connect (advertising, analytics, CRM). This can include account identifiers, campaign configuration, performance metrics, audience and targeting data, and optimization settings.
We obtain this data through official APIs and permissions. We do not use scraping or automated browsing inconsistent with platform terms.
2.4 Use of advertising platform data
We use connected platform data only to provide functionality you requested: reading configuration and performance, calculating recommendations, and proposing or applying changes according to your rules. We do not build audience lists for resale or target users outside your campaigns.
2.5 Access and revocation
Access is always based on your explicit authorization (OAuth or supplied credentials). You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting within our product or the platform itself.
2.6 Google sign-in and connected Google services
Google sign-in. If you sign in to Adswell with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture, when provided by Google. We use this identity information to create or identify your Adswell account and authenticate your sign-in.
Connected Google services. Connecting Google services is separate from signing in. With your authorization, Adswell accesses Google Ads account identifiers, campaign configuration, targeting settings, and performance data to analyze campaigns, prepare recommendations, and apply changes according to your rules. For connected Google Analytics properties, we read reporting data including dates, landing pages and query strings, countries, device categories, traffic sources and media, sessions, engaged sessions, conversions, engagement rates, and user counts. For connected Search Console sites, we read site identifiers, dates, search queries, pages, countries, devices, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, and search positions. We use these reporting data to analyze traffic, landing-page performance, and search performance alongside your advertising activity.
Connection credentials and storage. We store sign-in identity records and connected-service records in our application databases. We also store OAuth access and refresh tokens to access connected Google services and maintain those connections; the Google integration access and refresh tokens are encrypted before database storage. The storage, sharing, and retention rules in sections 4, 5, and 6 apply to these data. You can revoke access as described in section 2.5 or request deletion through the contact in section 8.
Google API Services User Data Policy. Adswell’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve the user-facing features described in this section. We do not sell Google user data, use it for retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising, or use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. Quillwell personnel view Google user data only to provide support or services you have asked for, including founder-assisted onboarding and account reviews during the beta; when needed for security; to comply with law; or when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
3. How we use your data
To operate our website, respond to inquiries, provide products and services (connecting platforms, reading performance data, recommending and applying changes), monitor security, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data or advertising data to third parties.
Use of data for models and automation
Our products use automation and machine learning to analyze performance and generate recommendations within your environment. We do not use your data to train models shared with other customers or public models.
4. Storage and processing
Data is hosted on reputable cloud infrastructure providers with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 certifications. Production access is limited to personnel with business need and confidentiality obligations. Quillwell has not yet completed a SOC 2 audit.
5. Data sharing
We share data only with cloud infrastructure providers, service providers (CRM, email, monitoring, analytics), professional advisors when necessary, and when required by law. We do not disclose your performance data to other customers.
6. Data retention
We keep data only as long as reasonably necessary. Website data for a limited period, client data while active plus a reasonable period after, and platform data while you are an active customer. You can request earlier deletion.
7. Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures including reputable cloud providers, authentication and access controls, encryption in transit, limited production access, and activity monitoring.
8. Your rights
Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to processing, or port your data. Contact privacy@quillwell.com to exercise these rights.
9. International transfers
Our providers may process data in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
10. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We may update this policy and will update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or site notice.
